On Feb.22nd, leaders of business units under the group reported the economic index performance in 2017 and business plan in 2018.
At 8:50 on Feb.23rd, the hostess addressed the opening words and sent best wishes. All the attendees stood up and sung the company song “The flying Lucky Horse”. The lyric is inspiring and pleasant, gives strength like a running stream and resounds within Lucky Horse.
First, President Lin Jianguo of Lucky Horse Group addressed the speech for the New Spring Festival.
President Lin expressed thanks to all the employees for their hard work and contributions to the development of Lucky Horse Group. President Lin based on the overall group strategy, focused on the overall summary of the business work of Lucky Horse wine culture center, wine business, real estate, Lucky Horse household plaza and auto city, education business and group transformation etc. He also made strategic planning for the next year.
He stressed that in order to suit the development of market change, we need to reform and create a modern enterprise group that can face the market risk and challenge and realize the second leap of the group in particular. Under the strategic direction, the group will focus on the development in four aspects, including wine business, real estate, investment management and education business. We have great confidence, through thirty years development, the group had accumulated abundant resources and continued to promote growth, this had laid solid foundation for the future glory of our various causes.
At last President Lin expressed his hope, 2018 is the key year of the restart of Lucky Horse. Base on the good opportunity that it’s the 10th anniversary of Zhangzhou Institute of Science and Engineering, the 20th anniversary of Lucky Horse Supermarket, the 30th anniversary of Lucky Horse Group, we need further summary, thorough comprehension, profound outlook and complete implementation. Further accelerate the transformation, “Let the employee to be the boss and the boss to be the partner” .Only a life with dream has a future, only the struggling life is the happy one. He hopes all the employees continue to develop the spirit of Lucky Horse “Go forward hand in hand and do the best we can”, work hard and realize the second leap of Lucky Horse.

His 2017 work summary mainly covers financial accounting, funds management and tax administration, base on rectification and reform issues, he made detailed plan for the financial work.

He made general descriptions about the project of Kaibin Building of real estate business in 2017,he also introduced the preliminary work of the coming new project Fuyi Town in 2018,work plan and time node of the new year.
